I am a 2nd year Ph.D. student in the Krizek lab at the Department of Biological Sciences, University of South Carolina.
My research focuses on how the related transcription factors ANT and AIL6 regulate specific genes during floral organ development.
I received my Master of Science in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, India. My thesis aimed at characterizing the structure and function of mouse chemokines and their interactions with glycosaminoglycans.
When I am not obsessing over flowers, I like to sing, dance, read books, and re-read books.
