I am pursuing a PhD under Prof. Anjan Banerjee's guidance at IISER Pune, India. Being a Plant biologist at heart, I was always curious about how plants micromanage various processes while growing. My curiosity about how plants work took me to the Molecular Plant Biology lab (MPB) at IISER. I am currently finishing my PhD, where I investigated the role of small RNA networks in regulating tuber development in potato. We studied a phased siRNA-mediated regulatory network that regulates a Gibberellin biosynthesis gene in tuberizing stolons. I like to read and listen to music during my free time.
